Barbless Hook Fly Fishers - Fishing Reports from Washington and Baja Mexico

Skagit River, Washington

I was out on the river December 1-4. Chums
are for the most part done for the year. 2005 wasn't a
good year for chum salmon with the fish showing up a
little early and a return that wasn't too high in
numbers.

In the past there have been fish all the way through
December but not so this year.

As for the Dollies, there haven't been many yet but
there's a couple months to go with them so we will
keep searching along with some hatchery steelhead.
